₹80 shipping within Tamil Nadu; ₹100 to all other Indian states — applied automatically from your pincode at checkout.
Free shipping across India on orders above ₹2,500.
Payment is collected online before dispatch; Cash on Delivery is not available.

2

Worldwide delivery

We ship worldwide. International shipping charges depend on the destination and weight and are confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Free shipping applies to Indian addresses only. Customs duties, if any, are payable by the customer.

3

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation and a tracking ID is shared on WhatsApp.
Delivery time may vary depending on the courier service and your location.
We kindly request your patience in case of any unexpected courier delays.

4

Address & contact details

Please double-check your delivery address and contact number before placing your order.
If there is a mistake, let us know as soon as possible. Address changes are possible within 2–3 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
Providing the correct details helps us make sure your Adora parcel reaches you safely.

Missed delivery calls

Sometimes delivery calls may be missed and the parcel may be returned to us after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.
In such cases we are unable to offer a refund.
If you would like to receive your order again, we will be happy to arrange a reshipment, with the applicable delivery charges payable by the customer.
Once your tracking ID is shared, please keep an eye on your order and be available for calls from the delivery partner.

6

Packaging

Every piece is packed with love in a protective pouch inside a box, with a care card.
We photograph your order before dispatch and share it with you.
