All orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Please check the correct product, colour, size and quantity before placing your order.

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, don't worry — we are here to help you. Kindly contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
A complete unboxing video is required: record from the very beginning, before opening the package.
Show the package and the shipping label clearly.
One continuous video without any cuts, edits or pauses.
Make sure the product and its condition are clearly visible.
Without a proper unboxing video, we may not be able to assist with the claim.

Once an order is placed, cancellation is not available.
As we begin processing your order right after confirmation, we are unable to provide a refund for cancelled orders.
So please review your order details carefully before placing it.
